What I do with your details.

I am Dido Siderov of DZRMS Bouw, based in Nieuwegein, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 89837347. I decide what happens to your details, so I am the one responsible for them.

There is no form on this site. All contact runs through WhatsApp, phone or email.

I then get your name and your phone number or email address, plus whatever you tell me about the job. If you send photos or the address of the job with it, that comes along too.

I use that to get back to you, come and take a look, and put a quote together. If it becomes a job, I also use it for the planning, the work itself and the invoice.

I need those details to answer your question and to do the work. That is my legal basis: performing the agreement, or the steps leading up to it at your request.

The WhatsApp buttons on this site send you to wa.me. That belongs to Meta.

If you message me, your message goes through WhatsApp and Meta processes it under their own terms. That part is not mine to control.

If you mail me at dzrmsdiablo@gmail.com, your message ends up in Gmail. Google processes and stores it as the provider of that mailbox.

I use PostHog to measure how visitors use the site: which pages they read, where they come from, and whether they click call, mail or WhatsApp. That shows me what works and what does not.

For this site PostHog runs on servers in the European Union. The measurement traffic first passes an address on this domain (/ph) and goes on to PostHog from there.

If you make no choice in the cookie notice, or you click "Essential only", I measure without cookies. Nothing is stored on your device and I cannot recognise you. No consent is needed for that.

If you click "Accept", I do set a cookie and I record your visit as a screen recording. What gets stored then, and for how long, is in the Cookie policy.

The site is hosted at Netlify. Their servers keep technical logs, which include your IP address. That comes with serving a website and happens on every visit.

The photos on the site come from Cloudflare R2.

I do not sell your details and I do not use them for advertising.

There are parties that process details on my behalf, because I use their services: PostHog for the statistics, Netlify for the hosting, Cloudflare for the photos, Google for my mailbox, and Meta if you approach me over WhatsApp.

Beyond that I share details when the work or the law calls for it: with the Dutch tax office for my administration, with anyone I bring in to do my bookkeeping, and with a tradesman I bring along for your job if he needs those details to get it done.

A message or an email stays on my phone and in my mailbox for as long as I need it. Want me to throw it away? Just ask.

If it becomes a job, the invoice is part of my administration. The Dutch tax office requires me to keep that for 7 years.

What I measure on the site sits at PostHog, on servers in the EU. How long PostHog keeps it there depends on the plan I have with them. The periods that apply at any given moment are in their own privacy policy: posthog.com/privacy.

You can ask me which details I hold about you. You can have them corrected or deleted, object to how I use them, or ask me to pass them on to someone else.

If we cannot work it out together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

The site runs entirely over https, so the traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted. Beyond that, I keep no more than I need.

If something changes about the site or about what I measure, I update this page. The date at the top says when that last happened.
