What I do for you
I lay tiled floors, laminate and vinyl to size, from the living room to the hallway and the bathroom. First I get the subfloor flat and dry, then the floor goes on. Skip that step and you see it back in your joints within a year.
With tiling the work sits in the preparation. I measure out the room before I lay the first tile, so the grout lines run through and you are not left with half a tile at the door frame. Up front you hear how much material you need and what it costs.
Small repair or a whole floor, I pick up both. Replacing a loose or cracked tile is as much part of the job as laying a complete new floor.
