What I do for you
Refitting a business is a different thing from doing up a house. Every day you are shut, the takings stop. So we agree up front what happens when, and where it works I do the work at night or between your opening hours.
I do a lot of restaurant refits. A kitchen, a bar, the dining area, the toilets. Strip-out, pipework, tiles, carpentry and finishing come from one hand, so nobody is standing around waiting on someone else.
A hospitality space has things a home does not: grease traps, extraction, floors that have to take mopping and grease, and tiling that passes inspection. Tell me what the plans are and I tell you what it will cost and how long you have to close.

How long does my place have to close for a refit?
That depends on the work, and I tell you up front instead of afterwards. Doing up a bar or a dining area can often go in stages, so you stay open. If the kitchen has to come out, it stands still, and then I plan the job as tight as I can. Where it works I do the work at night or between your opening hours.
Do you refit restaurant kitchens too?
Yes. Strip-out, pipework, drainage, tiling and finishing I do myself. A commercial kitchen asks other things than a kitchen at home: the floor has to take grease and mopping and the tiling has to pass inspection. I take that into account when I pick the materials.
Do you work on commercial premises other than hospitality?
Yes, shops, offices and commercial spaces as well. The principle stays the same: I plan the work around how you run your business and you have one point of contact from strip-out to handover.
Can I keep one point of contact for the whole refit?
Yes, that is exactly the idea. I do the work myself, so no parties are waiting on each other and there is nobody to point at if something goes wrong. You call one number, even when the work runs for months.
